We serve the greater Seattle area, homes located 25+ miles will incur a trip fee. No trip fee incurred within 25 miles for normal service. No trip fee incurred if within Seattle Proper for Runner Service 

We offers multiple services to help assist you in getting your rental ready for marketing along with assisting with task that may come up during your residents tenancy. Photography, 3D Matterport Tours, and Rental Tours are a few of the services we offer. We also offer additional services for commercial property managers and owners.

Our Runner Service is a service specifically designed to assist property managers with task in the field. Our goal with this service is to help you buyback time and save money when managing portfolios. At a low $80 hourly rate, we are able to accomplish multiple task at your properties bundling services and saving you and your owners time and money. Pictures have a maximum completion time of 24 hours and can be ready in as little as 12 hours depending on property and time of shoot. We understand time is of the essence, so we aim to have listing material ready as soon as possible so you are able to market quickly.

NFG Photography and Rental Services is a cost effective service available for property managers and rental owners. NFG goal is to offer the highest quality service at the most cost effective rate available.
